Indo no.5 Chilli:

Indo 5 or Endo 5 chillies, is a hybrid of Indian and American varieties. Thick skin and high heat values makes it ideal to produce chilli flakes to be used as seasoning for pizzas and burgers. Harvested between January and May, the annual production is around 25000 metric tons. It is also used in the preparation of pepper sauce and tabasco sauce.
